• Created and maintained long-range friendships with eight State Senators and nineteen State Representatives for more than a decade.

• Resolved an “unsolvable” railroad right-of-way issue for a local business in less than one week.

• Secured placement of a partner in a client’s firm onto a statewide board.

• Successfully lobbied against a legislative proposal to create one set of blueprints for all future Indiana school building projects. (A STEM middle school layout differs phenomenally from that for a rural vocational/ technical high school, or for a building for students with significant disabilities.)
